Return & Exchange Policy

• Customers may return or exchange products within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that:

  • The product is in its original condition, unopened, unused, with all accessories and original packaging.

  • The order number is provided.

  • Sale or promotional items are not eligible for return/exchange unless faulty.

  • Customers bear shipping costs for returns or exchanges unless the product is defective.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
